I was thrilled to be part of a Japanese company and to be able to go to Japan so I chose Yokogawa.
Question 3: What are the things you like about working here?
The working environment.
Question 4: What does it mean for you to be a recipient of the Best Engineer award?
It was empowering.
Question 5: Did you expect to receive this award?
No. Although I did my best like I always do, others are capable too. I’ve been awarded once before so I didn’t expect that I’d receive it again.
Question 6: Looking back at your first day working at YTP, did this award cross your mind?
No. My goal was to do my job well regardless of the reward.
Question 7: How do you find your job?
Challenging yet fulfilling.
Question 8: What's next for you? What are your plans?
As a leader, I plan to expand the expertise of my teammates.

There may be difficulties along the way, but it’s going to get better. You chose well.
