Good leader, determined, goal oriented, hardworking, and compassionate.

Question 2: If you still remember, can you share the reason why you chose this company before?

I chose this company since I look for job stability. Yokogawa has long been in the industry in Japan, therefore making it a stable corporation for employees looking for a long-term goal.

Question 3: What are the things you like about working here?

Work is hard as it is but having compassionate colleagues makes the working environment pleasant.

Question 4: What does it mean for you to be a recipient of the Best Engineer award?

To receive the Best Engineer Award on my 4th year is a proof that time is not a hindrance in improving and excelling in your craft. Take one step at a time, at your own phase.

Question 5: Did you expect to receive this award?

I did not expect it. I have been working here for 4 years. The thought of being an awardee has past my mind already.

Question 6: Looking back at your first day working at YTP, did this award cross your mind?

No. I believe that fruits of your hard work will just come when you expect it the least.

Question 7: How do you find your job?

Deadlines and projects can be hectic at times, but cooperative and considerate colleagues make it manageable.

Question 8: What's next for you? What are your plans?

I plan to continue working on my Nihongo skills to be able to understand my work better.

Question 9: Share some thoughts with aspiring engineers who want to follow in your footsteps.

Stress can affect anything. Refrain from making a permanent decision while on a temporary mood.

Question 10: Since you are working in a Japanese company, do you have any favorite Japanese words/phrases?

Question 11: If you could travel back in time, specifically on your first day of work here, what would you say to your younger self?

Talk less, listen more. Let your hard work speak.
