It’s overwhelming. I'm deeply grateful that my efforts are appreciated.
Question 5: Did you expect to receive this award?
No. It's a privilege to be recognized with this award. I'm always striving to grow and contribute to the team, but I truly didn't anticipate receiving this, as the Gaisou group is full of exceptional individuals.
Question 6: Looking back at your first day working at YTP, did this award cross your mind?
No. I'm still learning the ropes.

Meeting deadlines while maintaining quality makes our work challenging.

To develop a wider range of competencies relevant to our work.

Question 11: If you could travel back in time, specifically on your first day of work here, what would you say to your younger self?
I would encourage my younger self to be more dedicated to learning the Japanese language and to be more attentive to my health.
