Because it seemed interesting.

The people I work with, the friendships I’ve built with them through the years. Also it’s near where I live haha.
Question 4: What does it mean for you to be a recipient of the Best Engineer award?
I genuinely believe that my coworkers- deserve it more than I do, but felt good that my efforts are appreciated.
Question 5: Did you expect to receive this award?
No. I really believe my co-workers who work so hard and give so much of themselves deserve this award more.
Question 6: Looking back at your first day working at YTP, did this award cross your mind?
No, I didn’t know such an award existed, as there was nothing like this at my previous workplace.
Question 7: How do you find your job?
Fulfilling when I get to see the younger ones learn and grow.
Question 8: What's next for you? What are your plans?
To gain new experiences and learnings in Japan.
Question 9: Share some thoughts with aspiring engineers who want to follow in your footsteps.
Just keep doing what you do, without sacrificing yourself and your health. People might not see the entirety of your efforts, but God will, and He will reward you in ways you wouldn’t have imagined.

Question 11: If you could travel back in time, specifically on your first day of work here, what would you say to your younger self?
This job may be an answered prayer of yours, but it won’t be a perfect journey. You will make mistakes, you will learn, but you will also grow, and meet people that you will treasure for the rest of your life.
