Question 1: What are five words that best describe you?
I am an introverted person.
Question 2: If you still remember, can you share the reason why you chose this company before?
Some of the reasons I chose this company is because I was interested in learning about bridges and Japanese language.
Question 3: What are the things you like about working here?
I like the benefits and allowances that the company is providing. Since I am fan of anime and manga, I like that we are being taught the Japanese language during work hours.
Question 4: What does it mean for you to be a recipient of the Best Engineer award?
I am thankful and grateful to be acknowledged and given this award.
Question 5: Did you expect to receive this award?
I did not expect to receive this award as I think there are others worthy of this award too.
Question 6: Looking back at your first day working at YTP, did this award cross your mind?
No, it didn’t. I came here expecting only to learn and do my job as part of the company and I did not know the company would give this kind of award.
Question 7: How do you find your job?
I find my job challenging at times since there is always a lot to learn in our field.
Question 8: What's next for you? What are your plans?
I guess I’ll have to continue striving to do my best in this job and prove to myself that I am worthy of this award.
Question 9: Share some thoughts with aspiring engineers who want to follow in your footsteps.
It is okay to stop or pause to take a breather occasionally, as long as you keep pushing forward.
Question 10: Since you are working in a Japanese company, do you have any favorite Japanese words/phrases?

Question 11: If you could travel back in time, specifically on your first day of work here, what would you say to your younger self?
Learn as much as you can, acknowledge your mistakes, work on your weaknesses, and keep moving forward.
